The rainy weekend did not discourage those that attended the 4th annual Bold Beautiful & Bald Weekend Retreat!

We checked into our rooms at Perry's Ocean Edge Resort on Friday, and Bartee Productions treated us to s'mores as we networked by the ocean. 

 

After breakfast together at the on-site restaurant, we enjoyed Saturday morning workshops from Paparazzi Jewelry consultant Gwendolyn Carter Thomas.  We also had a mini-fashion show as we learned about Ruby Ribbon Intimate Apparel from Tanya Butler Williams.    

 

Later that evening we enjoyed fine dining and dancing on the 2-hour Dine and Cruise dinner boat cruise down the Halifax River.   During the weekend we: 

 - Collected toiletry items for an Orlando Domestic Violence Shelter, 

- We received clothing for a one-year old girl that lost her mother to COVID-19 AND 

- We raised funds that we donated to www.NAAF.org

 

Sunday morning fellowship included the #iRefuse Campaign dedications, inspired by The Baldie Movement.  We ended our weekend over Sunday Brunch and invited everyone to return the third weekend in September 2021.
